La mode est à Paris

I am aware that the big theme of the day are the Oscars and everything that sorrounds the big night of the cinema, but I am sorry, I am going to keep talking about the Fashion Weeks.

The most interesting things seen these weekend are:

Balenciaga coats and pants. Simply and easy elegance for an untemporary woman.

The night dresses of Giambattista Valli and Elie Saab

The power of one colour: beige and white for Chloé, grey in Viktor & Rolf, and the dominance of black in Ann Demeulemesteer and Comme des Garçons. Another powerful colour was the green light  in the Jean Paul Gaultier that did not colaborate to see the real fabrics and tonalities of his garments.

(Carven and Balenciaga)

The dominance of the leather in the Balmain show.

The complements of Acne.

I really enjoyed watching the Lanvin and Saint Laurent catwalks, but they have been incredible as always, but with nothing really shocking and new to offer.

There are still two more days of fashion, so let´s going to see a little bit more of novelties.
